Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Reeoka LLC collects when you use tooloka.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- What you type into a tool. A domain name or similar public identifier. We keep it to produce and cache your report.
- Email address for a free report. If you ask for the full Brand Watch report, we store your email, the name you scanned and the report, and send nothing until you confirm the address. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Account details. For paid tools: your email address and the details you enter at sign up.
- Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits of the card and the billing country. We never see or store the full card number.
- Technical logs. IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising on this site and we place no advertising or profiling cookies.
Why we process it
To deliver the tool you asked for, to run subscriptions and billing, to answer support requests, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations.
Who processes data with us
- Hostinger hosts the site and its database.
- Cloudflare serves and protects traffic to the site, runs Turnstile, a human-verification check on the free scan, and answers the DNS lookups the scan makes.
- Stripe processes payments and stores payment details.
Each acts under its own agreement with us and may process data in the United States and elsewhere.
Public sources
To produce a report the tools query public services such as domain registries, the Internet Archive, certificate transparency logs and public DNS. Those queries reveal the domain being checked to those services. They do not carry your identity.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work: a session cookie when you are signed in, a security cookie set by Cloudflare, and cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile when you use the free scan. No advertising or analytics profiling cookies are set.
How long we keep it
Reports and their inputs are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Free-report requests are kept for 24 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes, and we will email account holders about material changes.
