Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of tooloka.com and the tools on it. The service is operated by Reeoka LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What the service is

Tooloka provides web based tools that read publicly available records and return an assessment. Some tools are free and some require a paid subscription. Each tool page describes what that tool reads and what it cannot see.

2. The nature of a result

Every result is an assessment built from public sources at the moment of the check. It is information to help you decide, not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and not a guarantee about any outcome. A result stating that no problem was found means no evidence of a problem was visible in the sources checked. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

3. Accounts

Paid tools require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Paid tools are sold as recurring subscriptions. The price, the billing interval and what the subscription includes are stated on the tool page before you buy. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then current price until you cancel it. We will give notice by email before any price change takes effect. Charges are in United States dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you are.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute results as your own service, run automated bulk queries outside a plan that permits it, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or use it to break the law or to harm another party.

7. Availability

The service depends on third party public sources that can be slow, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and we may change or withdraw a tool. If we withdraw a paid tool, we refund the unused part of the period already paid for.

8. No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeoka LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will refund the unused part of a paid period unless the breach involved fraud or abuse.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes affecting paid subscribers are announced by email before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
